Alison D. Bond - Board Chairman
Alison is an attorney and partner at the Law Offices of Bond & Bond located in Layton, Utah.
Bond & Bond handles misdemeanor and felony criminal matters, and civil cases, including divorce, paternity and custody issues, estate planning, personal injury and bankruptcy. She has a JD from the University of Oregon School of Law and a BS in Environmental Biology from Humboldt State University.

Graham Lovelady - Vice-Chair/Chair Elect
Graham has over 25 years experience in accounting and process improvement. He has an MBA from Utah State University, an MDiv from Biblical Life College, and an undergraduate degree in Finance/Economics from Weber State University. He is an ordained minister and a member of the National Chaplains Association. He has served on the governing boards of Homeless Veteran's Fellowship(Treasurer), Utah Christian Home Schoolers(President), and Washington Heights Baptist Church(Deacon).

John D. (JD) Patterson - Treasurer
John D. (JD) Patterson was elected Treasurer. John is a Certified Public Accountant at Adams & Petersen CPAs, specializing in audit and tax accounting for construction companies, small businesses and non- profit organizations. He holds a B.A. degree in accounting from Weber State University, a B.A. degree in government from Hamilton College, and a Master of Accounting degree from Utah State University.

Jay Stretch - Secretary
Jay comes to our Board of Directors from the Church of the Good Shepherd, one of the founding churches of St. Anne's. He settled in Ogden after retiring from the Air Force as a Colonel. Jay is active in a number of volunteer activities, as well as owning a consulting business that specializing in program proposal development and management. He has been a board member since 2008.

Don Rognon Jr.
Don is a Vice-President of Zion's Bank and has served on numerous boards, including Homeless Veteran's Fellowship.

Nan Dantz
Nan is a full time realtor at Prudential Utah Real Estate in South Ogden. She has previously served on the boards of the Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors, Standing Together Ministries, and as President of the Women's Council of Realtors.

Jeff Chapman - Building Comittee Chairman
Jeff is an experienced Project Manager with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. He works for Kier Construction and has supervised the day to day operations of many construction and renovation projects. He has the knowledge and skills needed to insure that St. Anne's is well maintained at the least possible cost. Because Kier Corporation is the largest provider of low income housing in Ogden, he also understands many of the issues facing those who St. Anne's Center is trying to help.
| David Damschen - Chairman Finance and Auditing Comittee
David Damschen is the Chief Deputy at the Utah State Treasurer's Office. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President and the Director of Cash Management Services for Spokane-based AmericanWest Bank, the parent company of Far West Bank. Prior to joining AmericanWest in September 2007, he spent 17 years with U.S. Bank in Institutional Trust and Custody, Treasury Management and Retail Banking. David graduated in 1990 from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Finance, and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. He is past President of the Treasury Management Association of Utah and serves also as a volunteer on the Powder Mountain Ski Patrol.

Sister Joseph Cecile Voelker, CSC
Sister Joseph Cecile Voelker, CSC, is a pastoral associate for St. Joseph Church, Ogden. Sister earned a Ph.D. in Educational
Administration from the University of Utah and an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Portland. She has been a member of the Sisters
of the Holy Cross, Notre Dame, Indiana, for more than 50 years, serving as a teacher and principal in elementary schools in Utah, Washington and California
for 38 years and as a major superior for 250 retired Sisters of the Holy Cross in the USA located primarily at Saint Mary's, Notre Dame, IN, Kensington, MD, and Ventura, CA, before coming to Ogden in 2000.

Wilbert van der Stappen
Will been in the construction business for over 40 years. He started out working as a laboror on projects while attending Weber State, moved up the ranks to operating equipment, and eventually into management. He holds a state contractors license in general engineering and started his own business, Advanced Paving and Construction, in 1991. He has managed numerous commercial and government projects and has experience in project estimating, costing and civil engineering. He is the past president of the Ogden Engineers Club. .

Michelle is the Pastor of First United Methodist Church.

Committees
Executive
Proposes agenda for monthly meetings, designs board governance processes; crafts the board’s values into policies; assures that appropriate records are kept; ensures effective organizational planning; establishes committees as needed to effectively carry out the work of the Board; provides on-going support and guidance for the Director.

Building and Grounds
Assists in identifying upkeep and maintenance needs; with the Director seeks effective trades-persons to volunteer or bid on major projects.

Development
Cooperates with the Director to obtain adequate resources to support established programs and services, especially for the long term; develops and executes a communications strategy, including press releases, newsletters, website, and fundraising appeals; facilitates the development of a strategic plan.

Finance and Audit
Exercises general supervision over the Center’s finances; assists in establishing financial policies consistent with the basic purposes of St. Anne’s; with the Director prepares an annual budget.
