| Sister Joseph Cecile Voelker, CSC - Board Chairman
Sister Joseph Cecile Voelker, CSC, is a pastoral associate for St. Joseph Church, Ogden. Sister earned a Ph.D. in Educational
Administration from the University of Utah and an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Portland. She has been a member of the Sisters
of the Holy Cross, Notre Dame, Indiana, for more than 50 years, serving as a teacher and principal in elementary schools in Utah, Washington and California
for 38 years and as a major superior for 250 retired Sisters of the Holy Cross in the USA located primarily at Saint Mary's, Notre Dame, IN, Kensington, MD, and Ventura, CA, before coming to Ogden in 2000.

| Graham Lovelady - Treasurer
Graham has over 25 years experience in accounting and process improvement. He has an MBA from Utah State University, an MDiv from Biblical Life College, and an undergraduate degree in Finance/Economics from Weber State University. He is an ordained minister and a member of the National Chaplins Association. He and has been working with prisoners inside the Weber County Jail for the last 4 years. He has worked for Iomega as a Production Manager/Industrial Engineer, for Kraft General Foods as an Accounting Supervisor/Controller, and for Intermountain Healthcare where he was certified as a Process Improvement Facilitator. He has served on the governing boards of Homeless Veteran's Fellowship(Treasurer), Utah Christian Home Schoolers(President), and Washington Heights Baptist Church(Deacon).

| David Damschen - Chairman Finance and Auditing Comittee
David Damschen, CTP is a Senior Vice President and the Director of Cash Management Services for Spokane-based AmericanWest Bank, the parent company of Far West Bank. Prior to joining AmericanWest in September 2007, he spent 17 years with U.S. Bank in Institutional Trust and Custody, Treasury Management and Retail Banking. David graduated in 1990 from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Finance, and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. He is past President of the Treasury Management Association of Utah and serves also as a volunteer on the Powder Mountain Ski Patrol.

| Jeff Chapman - Chairman Building and Grounds Commitee
Jeff is an experienced Project Manager with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. He works for Kier Construction and has supervised the day to day operations of many construction and renovation projects. He has the knowledge and skills needed to insure that St. Anne's is well maintained at the least possible cost. Because Kier Corporation is the largest provider of low income housing in Ogden, he also understands many of the issues facing those who St. Anne's Center is trying to help.

| Alison D. Bond
Alison is an attorney and partner in the firm of the Law Offices of Bond & Bond located in Layton, Utah. She attended Humboldt State University, where she received her B.S. in Environmental Biology, and attended law school at University of Oregon, where she received her JD. She receiveda Certificate of Completion from the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Program. She was a lawyer for the Washington State Department of Ecology where she worked on the Yakima water adjudication and helped with the negotiations for tribal water rights. She also worked for the Law Offices of Jessica McKeegan Jensen where she handled consumer protection actions in the area of residential housing construction defects and mortgage fraud. In 2006, Alison move home to Utah and open a law practice with her brother, who is also an attorney. The firm handles criminal and civil cases, including worker's compensation, personal injury, domestic matters, landlord tenant, etc. She spends much of her spare time in Southern Utah wandering through the canyon country. Alison can also be found fly fishing in the Unitas, Idaho and Wyoming.

| Allan Heiskanen
Allan has been a real estate appraiser in Ogden for 34 years. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute, and holds the SRA and SRPA designations. He is a graduate of Utah State University and a former teacher in the Ogden School District. He taught appraisal courses at Weber State University for 9 years. He is a member, and past president, of the Ogden Noon Exchange Club. An active member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Allan has served in many capacities, including council president. He is on the Utah Via de Cristo council. He and his wife coordinate 90 volunteers for the annual Hot Rock’n 4th Celebration and they oversee the preparing and serving of a monthly chili lunch at St. Anne's.

David retired from the US Army after 21 years in Military Intelligence. He currently works for the US Forest Service managing the Northern Utah Public Lands Information Center. David graduated from Weber State University with a bachelor's degree in Communication and has served on the Wolf Creek Village 2 time share owners board for the past six years. He represents First Presbyterian Church.

| Edwin Glover
Edwin attended USC where he earned a Doctor's degree in Optometry. He was associated with Kaiser Medical Group for 30 yrs, specializing in Children's visual problems, and he ran his own private practice for 10 years in Torrance, CA. He is the past president and founder of the South Bay Optometry Society (L.A. Area), past president of the Civitan Club of San Pedro, past director and “Operation Timothy” leader of Christian Business Men's Committee, past Chairman of the Harbor District(Boy Scouts of America), a recipient of the Silver Beaver Award, and past president of the South Bay Cities Genealogy Society. He represents First Presbyterian Church where he serves as an Elder.

| Mike Otto
Mike has an MBA from Utah State University over 20 years experience in Information Technology, Manufacturing Operations and process improvement. He is a Materials Manager for Parker Hannifin Corp. and represents Ascension Lutheran Church.

| Pamela Scott, M.Ed.
Pamela has been the Education Coordinator and acting Principal of the Summit Day Treatment Program at McKay-Dee Hospital(Intermountain Health Care) since 2003, working with adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues. She is a member of the Utah State Accreditation Advisory Board and associated with the National Association for the Mentally Ill (NAMI). Pam received a bachelor's degree and teaching certificate from the University of Utah in Special Education in 1988 and worked in Jordan and Weber School Districts for ten years. Pam earned a master's degree in Special Education in 1992 and a second master's degree in School Counseling in 1997. She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints and has served in many capacities, including teaching and leadership positions.

Finance and Audit
