Jennifer Canter

Executive Director

Jennifer has over 20 yrs experience in Sales and Marketing, including 16 years with Iomega Corporation. Shortly after leaving Iomega, she started a Fundraising Consulting Company and she helped St. Mary's Catholic Church raise over 1.5 million dollars toward their new church in West Haven. She is also licensed Realtor for Prudential Utah. Jennifer graduated from Weber High School and then attended Weber State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science. She is very active in her community, serving her third 4-year term as a West Haven City Council member, and her 5th year on the West Haven City Planning Commission. As the Executive Director of St. Anne's Center, she brings experience in Fundraising, Grant Writing, and Operations Management.

Reanne Hart

Program Director

ReAnne grew up in Ogden and has worked with at-risk individuals since the age of sixteen. She has managed several group homes and a crisis home for those with developmental disabilities. She also was a regional manager for Covenant Employment where she gainned experience working with state social service agencies and employers in the Northern Utah Region. ReAnne came to St. Anne's in July of 2006 as a Case Manager and served as Interem Director for eight months. She is currently the Program Director, where she has responsibility for developing and managing the programs and services offered by St. Anne's Center.

Summer Rowher

Senior Case Manager

Summer began working for St. Anne's Center during during a student internship in the fall of 2006. After graduating from Weber State University in the spring of 2007 with a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Summer chose to stay with St. Anne's and continues her work as our Senior Case Manager. She is passionate about helping the disadvantaged and has a love of the social service field. Her interests are traveling to foreign countries and learning about different cultures.
